We have used Foster’s a few times for different issues and each time they were extremely professional and made a difficult situation much easier. They were great in communicating with us and walking us through each step including insurance. We highly recommend them!!!!

I am satisfied with the repairs but their customer service could use some work. The older receptionist can come off as abrasive.

Our experience with Foster's was by far the best. From the start (inqury call and scheduling) to communication throughout the process and pain-free rental return upon completion. They are competent, professional and trustworthy. After researching options and soliciting advise from others we chose the superior service at Foster's and are extremely satisfied. We cannot say enough about the quality and care we received.

Had to have some work done on a fairly new CRV last November. Repair required a fair bit of body work and painting. After the fact, it looked brand new. We’ve experience zero issues with the paint/finish since the repair. A few days after pick up we noticed a small issue with a plastic trim piece sticking out a bit by one of the rear wheels. We took it in and they addressed it right in the spot.

Foster’s Body Shop provided exceptional service when repairing our car’s bumper and fender. They were professional, friendly, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and Enterprise Car Rental, making everything hassle-free. We appreciated the updates on the car’s progress and knowing it would be completed a few days ahead of schedule.
